A guide to re-string your guitar

Home :: How to Re-String your Guitar

First the tip of your string and thread it through the hole at bridge.  Pull string all the way through the bridge until the string hit the metal washer at the bridge (for older acoustic models, pull string through the bridge until you reach the end of the string and then tie it off at end of the bridge). After you have completed that, pull the rest of the string through the tuner at the headstock of the guitar.  You’ll find a little hole in the tuner and thread the string through it.  Make sure you leave plenty of slack in the string while tightening the string to your desired tune. seo consultancy

Hold string down on the nut (white part) so that the string won’t get out of place while your tuning your guitar.

Make sure you don’t lose that slack because if you do…you won’t have a well strung guitar because the string won’t tune as well as it should and could!

Twist the tuners clockwise until the string has tighten enough to play with it and see, or hear, the sound that you are looking for on that particular string.

I recommend after that finding a tuner to make sure you get the right pitch and height out of your guitar strings.
